B: 配合加班 效率普通 不願意多做C的育嬰假
C: 配合加班 效率普通 可以cover 當需要的時候 一年中 一半在育嬰假

: 因為無論是公司給的還是政府給的, 那都是你的權利!
: 在我們公司, 每周都要在系統上log你在不同project上用掉的工時,
: 讓公司統計每個project需要多少資源, 是否需要再增加資源等等,
: : 那就讓領頭的人step down換個知道怎麼做的人當家阿,
: : 這麼多年都沒辦法往上拉revenue, 只會往下拉cost的話,
: : 就代表著領頭的人不適合這個位置不是嗎?

產出0是講三小?考績就打有出勤工作領薪的產出、分紅
就按當年在出勤日/365天的比例領不就好了? 分紅也可
以規定分發當天要在職這也是有的。但直接說請育嬰假
整年考績丙就是不合邏輯。
